Information We Collect

GreekGeek collects account information such as name, email address, phone number, organization membership, role, group, study sessions, approved study locations, notification preferences, and device push notification tokens.

Location Data

GreekGeek uses location data to verify that study sessions are started at approved study locations and, when enabled, to detect when an active study session should end after a member leaves an approved study area.

How Information Is Used

We use this information to provide study hour tracking, organization reports, leaderboards, study period progress, notifications, and account support.

Organization Visibility

Organization administrators can view member account details, study sessions, group assignment, progress, and activity needed to manage study requirements.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion from the mobile app under Profile. Deleting an account removes the user account and associated account-linked records from GreekGeek systems, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.
